First things first, the most important part of either losing weight, gaining muscle or getting fit, is of course: your diet. The next part is cardiovascular exercise, this means embarking on strenuous activity which gets your heart rate up, and increases your breathing rate. This can be achieved through jogging, cycling, or any other physical activity.

Sounds complicated, but if you think about it, an energetic sex session can be quite frantic, it raises your heart rate and can leave you breathless. So with a willing partner, you can try out various positions that can be quite strenuous but enjoyable. Here are our recommendations:
For him: The good old missionary position, but instead of resting on your elbows or on her body, try going into a prone press up position, hovering yourself above your partner. This will work your arms and chest.
For her: Cowgirl. Straddle your man with him lay flat on his back. In the squatting position lift yourself up and down on him, using just your legs with out any hands. Balance may be difficult, but it will work wonders on your thighs.
